Shipping and delivery

Together with our logistics partners, we strive to ensure that your shipment arrives in the shortest possible time and in the most economical way, delivering throughout Europe.

For products in stock, the delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed on a business day before 11 AM will be shipped the same day if the items are in stock at the company. Orders placed on a non-working day or holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Products that are explicitly stated on the website to have a longer delivery period will be delivered within that time frame, provided that the payment is made on time. In the event that we are unable to ship the goods within the promised timeframe due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify the customer of the new delivery schedule through the provided contact information.

We endeavor to do everything necessary to expedite the delivery of goods and to keep the customer promptly and regularly informed of any potential delivery delays by the supplier.
